Jacob-Oles Indian

Since Jacob-Ole bourght his Indian around a year ago, he would like to get the seat moved more forward.

To be able to do that in a good way, he bourght a reproduction seat post. Last weekend we spend a really cozy evening removing the old seat brackets, fabricate and fit some new ones and adjust the springs to the correct strenght.

Sturgis museum

The museum in Sturgis was deffinately worth a visit, they really got some awesome bikes.

Upcoming events

Hopefully we will have a really nice season this summer, at least we know for sure that Krenkerup brewery and Customs from Jamesville will repeat the success of The Castle Run, just much better, this year it will be for the whole weekend, there will be live music, games, great food (5 meals included in the entrance price), nice beers and coffee :)
Besides that, our local motorcycle parts and accessory store Motorious is celebrating 1year anniversary, great party, great people - see you out there :)

Chout part XIII

It has been a while since I posted any updates for the Indian project, but it's slowly getting more and more assembled.

Chief Bobber - Flanders handlebars

Yesterday we contiued the handlebar project at Jacob-Oles traditional bobber Chief.
It was a little tricky to combine the reproduction parts with the old parts for the trottles, but after a few hours everything worked out as planned.

A few months ago Jacob-Ole bourght this sweet bobber, but due to the fact that he got really good taste, it's just getting more and more awesome.
So far he installed the Guide tracktor headlight, original BT&E tail light, casted kicker pedal, aluminum floorboards, Harley floorboard extensions, original Indian clutch pedal, and now the original Flanders handlebars special made for Indian, with Hellings risers... Not bad, not bad at all!

For the Chout project, Anders and I was looking for some Indian throttles, luckily Jacob-Ole is replacing his Indian converted harley Speedster handlebars. So Anders bourght al the leftovers and I helped instaling the "new" Indian Flanders on Hellings Risers :) Sweet setup..

Chief

My good freind and "pressident" of KillerBobbers, Allan has a really really cool Chief, a few weeks ago I found a nice set of good used grips, and today I gave him a hand with the installation of his new mud flaps and crash bar. That bike is just getting better and better :)

Chout Part XII

This weekend I finished the fabrication of the handlebars, Anders had some demo bendings witch didn't really suit the bike, but insted of using time to make some new ones, I decided just to reshape the ones he allready had.
First of all I narrowed the top trees 8mm in each side, then I chopped out 1inch in the straight center part in each side, and finally I chopped up the bendings to make them sharper, and welded everything back together.
Now the bike has a set of "one of" custom made handlebars like everything else is custom made on this bike.
