Be a man, ride a Pan

The Panhead chopper project from Stefan Tange is almost done.
I finished up with the seat last week and brought it to him.

Seat Project

My freind Stefan is in the process building his '57 Panhead chopper, and as mentioned I'm sewing the seat for this ride.

Stefan has made the seat pan hinself so it fits the bike in the way he think it's best, and I have done the rest.

Jiffy side stand in real life

Gas tank

I love the Wassell gas tank, which Allan gave me for my Ironhead project. But unfortunatly the condition is too poor. It got several holes and a lot of deep corrosion.

As always, eBay is your friend - I found a quite cheep tank and made the order.

Glass blasting performed - nice gray colour all over. I'm very satisfyed for the result.
