Bob that fender

For the flathead project I got the original 1931 Harley Davidson rear fender.
For some reason the previous owner of the bike has made some bolt on sides for it, but they where never ment to be there, so I removed it, welded in the installation holes, removed the lower part in the piano hinge, istalled new rivets for all the brackets (instead of screws) and painted it black.

Now it's much better for the bobber project.

Sparto light

About six years ago, I bourght a "good used" Sparto tail light to a swap meet at Franks'. Allready back then, I was planning to install the light at my Flathead, but it didn't really look like I want it to. Now I chopped it down and reshaped it for a few ohurs.
The glass is a little bit burned, but I ordered e new one a few days ago.

Seat T-bar

A long time ago I bourgt an old seat T-bar very cheep for my Flathead. For some reason it has previously been extended in the middel and shorted up in the front.
To my surprice the joints was brassed, witch make my think that the extension might be a very old modification..

I chopped it apart and welded it back together in the original dimentions and sand blasted it to get a similar surface all over. Now it looks just like an original never touched $99.00 eBay part : )

Skien Knucklehead

When I arrived in Skien, and had to find my apartment, I found out that just down the street a motorcycle dealer is located.
Mostly they sell new bikes, but in the background of all the new bikes, chrome accessories and fancy merchandise sad an old knucklehead, apparently it has been there for a long time, because both wheels was almost completely deflated.

It's for sale, 160.000 NOK = 153.000 DKK = 27.690 $
