Skien Knucklehead

When I arrived in Skien, and had to find my apartment, I found out that just down the street a motorcycle dealer is located.
Mostly they sell new bikes, but in the background of all the new bikes, chrome accessories and fancy merchandise sad an old knucklehead, apparently it has been there for a long time, because both wheels was almost completely deflated.

It's for sale, 160.000 NOK = 153.000 DKK = 27.690 $

Work

At the momet I'm stationed in Norway, keeping the aircrafts flying : ) I just have to go to Denmark for 1 day, so right now I'm on my way, having a night stop in Stavanger at Rica Airport Hotel.

Norway

At the moment I'm spending my time working in Norway. We have a lot of work to do, but when the aircrafts are flying, it's time to enjoy the good weather and the beautiful nature.

Invasion from England

Today at our litle local airport in Florø, Norway 2ea Super Puma helicopters from the British Royal Air Force landed.

Today another engineer and I walked to the tallest point of Florø during our sparetime. (286meters above the water level)

Skull

I forgot my pencils in denmark, so I had to made this drawing with a ballpoint pen : ) The shadows will newer get the same as using a pencil - I'll redraw it when I get back home.

Dirty job

Removal and installation of brush blocks for the propeller anti-icing and replace the brushes is a dirty job : ) I almost look like an inverted negro :D white skin and black inside the hands...

The weather is very nice in Florø today : ) Quite cold, but the sun is shining and it is very fresh.

Spareparts order list

At the moment I'm working in Norway, so I can't really work at my Ironhead project, but that doesn't mean that I'm not getting anything done. Everyday I'm in the progress working out ideas for the last items on the bike. Besides that I can prepare a lot of things.

Today I ordered some of the spareparts that I need to get the bike done.

So now I'm looking forward to see what the postman is bringing : )
