Nicolas Gentleman bobber

As you probably already know, last winter we transformed Nicolas' Panhead visually from a sad bobber to a nice gentleman bobber in a weekend. That weekend all the KillerBobber guys spend around 200 man hours making this bike awesome.
Since then Nicolas has restored more or less every moving part at the bike e.g. new brakes, new wheel hubs, the engine is rebuild, the gearbox is rebuild, the brake pedal is replaced, and so on and so on...
On top of all this, he has now been doing a lot of parkerizing and optimizing in general during the winter AND he decided for a new paint job of the gas tanks.. This bike is really a high quality bobber, and it's looking great..
I'm sure that he will have a great season this summer :)

One-Weekend Bobber Project - The Result !

One-Weekend Bobber Project - The Process

The major things that needed to be done for the project was; removing the sissy bar, replacing the rear fender, replacing the 3" primary belt drive, replacing the exhaust system, replace the tires, chopping down the handlebars and give the bike a new paintjob.

Beside that, we installed new handlebar grips, parkerized fork springs, colored the seat, modifyed the kicker pedal, reshaped the voltage regulator, installed a BT&E tail light and installed a mousetrap for the clutch.

The coil for the ignition was installed with tie wraps, the headlight bracket was broken, the kicker cover was worn out, this is ofcause all sort out, to have a good quality bike.
