Parts on order

I think the rear stand on my Ironhead project looks very good, but sometimes it would be nice to use a side stand. That's why it's on order.

This model was used from 1932 to 1952.

New seats in the fleet

At the time we are replacing the old exhausted seats with brand new seats, state of the art. I think it's nice : )

Norway

At the moment I'm spending my time working in Norway. We have a lot of work to do, but when the aircrafts are flying, it's time to enjoy the good weather and the beautiful nature.

Canon IXUS 130 14.1

Yesterday I bought myself a new camera.
Canon IXUS 130, 14.1 Mega pixels, 2.7" LCD screen, HD video and 28mm widescreen lenz.

- It is hard to take pictures of a camera without another camera, so I found a few at the internet;

I just got home from Track Days, this is a very nice meeting, but the weather was very bad.

Oil tank; Part III

To be able to tell how much oil I got left in the tank, I made a gauge glass at the R/H side of the oil tank.

Fender struts

To stabilise the fender I made two fender struts. They are made of corrosion resistant steel and will be painted black, together with the fender and bracket.

I have been searching for a lot inspiration, by looking at one billion pictures of old bikes.

One thing I really like is that some of the old sportster trackers, both K and XL models got some nice cutouts at the engine covers - the kickstart/ sprocket cover and the cam cover.

I will try to make somthing like that myself.


Inspiration:

I think it suits the engine very well, istead of the original shape witch is very big.


This is my engine covers so far, I'm not totally sure that I'm done with the cutting and drilling, but I think so.

When I'm done it's going to be glass or plast blasted.

The 30th of April & the 1st of May

All of the weekend we celebrated my birthday, I turned 21 the 1st of may.
A lot of fun was going on, one thing to remember - always order your pizza in 7 pieces :D
