This weekend Nicolas and I have been playing with some more parkerizing, I have parkerized my dash, the horn switch, and my front axel :)
Before the parkerizing of the dash I drilled two holes for some dark amber jewel shaped glass lenses (almost black without lights on) that I found at eBay

Knucklehead stuff
Yesterday I chopped down the T-bar 11cm to fit the new seat; an orignal K-model perfekt patina solo seat (pictures will come soon).
The GEN/OIL light is welded up on the dashboard and everything is dechromed, ready for parkerizing.
The speedo is original Harley Davidson, and so are the military ignition switch.

Tank emblems
To make the gas tanks a bit more sexy, a long time ago I decided to install a set of tank emblems, the only problem was that all the nice original/ original period accessory once really didn't fit the budget with a price of 200-300$... plus shipping, plus taxes.
For that reason I decided to try to see if I could get away with installing a set of replica tank emblems.
I had a set of 1959-1969 replica emblems on stock, and except for the red color I like the design, so I had to at least change the color.
I started with removing the red, after that I gave the chrome some fake patina, and for the last thing I repainted the letters and the background.
For the background I chose dark blue with inspiration from the blue Comiskey tank emblems.

Welding
As some of you might have seen, I have often been all red in my face due to welding without a mask when tacking stuff, or with a mask without the upper glass (I know it sucks) but now it's over, Anders was so kind to give me a really nice automatic welding mask !
Than k you so much Anders :)

Aircraft Engineer
Last week I passed the final test as an aircraft engineer - it feels really good to know that everything is done, I did my best to the test and received the best grade you can get, witch is 12 at the danish grading scale. I'm really happy and proud for the result.

Knucklehead Bobber
A few weeks ago I received the frame for the Knucklehead, and slowly I can start to assemble everything.
I just parkerized the 6 inch air cleaner and received a bunch of nuts and bolts.

Upsweep
At my fathers place I found two old multipurpose mufflers that he bought for a box of beer 12 or 13 years ago.
I didn't really like them as they where, but they had some nice useful curves and dimensions, therefore I chopped them up, welded them together and added four pieces of old tubing witch where stocked on my shelf since I made the Indian exhaust.
Now I have a cool period modified up-sweep muffler for my upcoming Knucklehead project.
