When I was building the Ironhead I cannibalized the flathead a little bit, I stole the floorboards and the seat post plunger. So ofcause this was the first things to order : )
Besides that, I got mats, rivets and studs for the floorboards, a jiffystand, rear chainguard, exhaust pipes with clamps and military muffler, pull spiral for the handlebars and a bunch of bolt and screws.
